Answer: it hit most of the contributing factors. May I suggest that you classified the factors into these types: controllable and uncontrollable. For example, the uncontrollable factor would be environmental like exposures to dust and chemical fumes or chemicals stains from the things we come in contact. We can't get away from everything right? The controllable factor will be like diet. If you know any food that provoke the condition, you may want to reduce or avoid it at all like those people that are allergic to peanuts. Lastly, I think your condition may be equal to ezcema condition ( not 100%, though) like my 2 year old son used to have. I applied the same principle as i mentioned above by looking for natural solution ie company that carries these range of products ; and NOW his condition have much improved. If I mentioned my boy condition to stranger, they just look in disbelief because there's totally no scar or visible sign of it.So, to conclude, don't give up HOPE.
