Answer: I personally have psoriasis, and I've never seen an over the counter medication for that type of thing. I get it on my scalp the worst, and I ended up going to the doctor(dermatologist). He prescribed Derma-Smoothe/FS scalp oil. If you follow the directions correctly, it actually works. My sister applies this oil to her hands, that's where she gets it the worst. To be honest, it's a bit expensive, but its worth it. I used to lose so much hair, and it itched like crazy. It also formed this weird sticky slime, or juice. I don't know how to describe it, but I obviously had it pretty bad. The down fall is that there's no cure for psoriasis, which is a bummer. I totally understand your agony. I hope I helped.
