Question: What are some good over the counter and home treatments for psoriasis??I have little patches of psoriasis on my elbows and one of my knees. I use some topical creams right now containing either coal tar or salicylic acid.
Answer: Salt water ( the ocean for example), direct sunlight (outdoors or tanning bed), and any topical creams given by your doctor.sunlight....nothing extreme, but exposure to sunlight really does work
