Question: I am an indian & i m planing to go to "dead sea treatment" for psoriasis, can any one guide me?which is the best clinic for treatment?how effective the treatment is for psoriasis?is it compulsory to stay at hotel?cau i get pure veg. food?pl help at earliest?
Answer: I don't know this 'dead sea treatment', but my wife had bad psoriasis which had got infected and was in danger of losing her foot. A friend gave her some coal tar ointment and it cleared up in 2 days. I don't know if you've tried it, but it's worth a go if you haven't.Coal tar ointment can be obtained over the counter at most pharmacies
