Question: My daughter has had this itchy scalp problem for the past couple of years - her scalp is not red, flaky, and it is not dandruff. It simply itches - like crazy sometimes - and we have tried Neutrogena shampoo with coal tar 5% which helped for a little while, but now it's worse than ever. We have used different types of shampoo, but to no avail, either. Her scalp is completely clean and looks like normal, but she has had this itching problem for the past 3 years. HELP!!!
Answer: Maybe she has head lice, or try Head and Shoulders Dandruff Control
