Question: Why do my baby have dry scalp?I think my baby have dry scalp, but it's only in one spot of his head. I really don't know if it's dry scalp or dry skin, cause I can peel it off. I know thats sounds disgusting, but I am worried. He is only 1 years old, and my oldest son never had it.
Answer: Actually, I do not think it is dry scalp. It is actually called cradel cap and it just a place in a child's head that peels. It is nothing to worry about, my sister and I both had it. There are also special shampoos for it.
